If you have received an alert that you have a new message, but you can't see the message in your Received box, this may be due to one of the following reasons:
- The member's profile is pending approval
- The member has been temporarily removed from the site for violating our terms of use
- The member has removed their profile from the site
- The member has been permanently removed from the site for violating our terms of use
We suggest you wait 24 hours and check again. If you still can't see the message and you believe none of the above reasons apply, please contact us for further assistance.
